I was not going to post this today.

the photos were taken last month
it seemed too "out of season" whatever that may mean ...
I kept coming back to it though and after reading what my sweet friend Robin posted about "photography being an inner and outer dialogue passed on meant to express your voice "
knew that this photo
these thoughts
belonged

Wonderful pictures and gracious words. I had a few days worth to catch up on, and a pleasure it was. Love Sam, and the angel.

You always tie it together so beautifully, with a calm knowing that makes me take a deep breath and slow down, just for a minute.

Thank you.

I have been working on my stalks quite a bit this year.

Sometimes it's nice to be reminded of an earlier time when the sky is grey and cloudy. Though you may have a sunnier sky than we do. :)

They aren’t out of season for me. I love the contrasting colours and the composure of the first shot is fabulous.

I have had that same "out of season" conversation with myself. You've inspired me to go ahead and post whatever my heart may be.
