Oh, this is sweet! I know what you mean, though. I live in a little village with only 2 stop lights. You would think nobody would be able to be forgotten or you wouldn't run into them constantly. But it happens! Hope you reconnect with your friend!

Yes, beautiful sky! And so true, I've been thinking about a friend I pray for every night so it's not like she's not on my mind but haven't connected with her for months!! ugh! Perhaps today is the day, hope you can too!

Your photos are always so amazing! I am unable at the moment to post any photos on my blog and so I get my 'fix' by coming here. I especially love the sun peeking around the leaves.

i know exactly what you mean about how easy it can be to lose touch with friends, even the best of friends. I haven't talked to my best friend in over a month. I'll call her today.
Incredible night sky photo!!

Sometimes life just gets in the way. The funny part is that as you reconnect it is generally as if your hearts are still beating as one and the distance was but a moment in time. I find the jewels of friendship shine brighter than any in my jewelry case even when they need to be polished.

I love this post. I guess because we all have friends that we've lost. A few of them, I miss with an ache that arrives each time they pop into my mind. I think your act of reaching out has inspired many of us to do the same. Thank you.

I often think about friends I've lost touch with. Life DOES get in the way, doesn't it? I love the pics, as usual.
