PORCH PICTURE

front porch
my favorite spot
this pot use to be a lamp
it quit working
so I kept the base
I like the way it looks ...do you?

front porch

the grape vine wreath looks bare ....
I prefer the look of the wood and wire..do you?
sometimes a bird nests there
in the spring.

wreath

day dreaming is simple here
the only sound are leaves rustling
just right for gazing.... at an amber stone

amber black white

grazing...only one
or two

sweet

just enjoying the moment
glad you stopped by
stop on down the road
for more life
in black and white

grape

I DO like the pot-used to be lamp and I prefer the grapevine wreath plain as well.

What a great post. All of the images are beautiful! I think it's so cool that a bird will sometimes make a nest on the grapevine wreath!

I love your B&W's. My favorite is the last one...although the chocolate mint made my mouth water.

i am loving the new look of your blog! black really sets off your header and all the photographs! and your B&Whites are thrilling! B&W images always seem to have some mystery to them. an ordinary item turns into an extraordinary image. the grapevine wreath in particular is intriguing in B&W...

here i am and yeah for me that i get to come and visit!! i decided to join rachel at work today for her 8 hour shift so i could have a little on-line time to visit everyone without the pressure of connection issues.

thanks for your support and steady visits the past week ELK. it helps me to know you are out there praying for my lovely girl. i just know your heart is big with generosity and that you can love her without ever having met her at all :) thank you.

The pot/lamp looks very interesting, old and rustic. I think a porch is a great place for such a piece.
