Such beautiful plates,
fresh from a garden.
What a gift....my eyes
and soul feel this invitation
to go still and smooth
in the spinning.
Thank you to that
amazing eye
and heart
of yours:)

I think I used to be much better at all of the spinning plates, I sign of age I suppose.

Now I am better at putting some of them down for another day, or giving them to someone who could use them more than I.

And when your plate seems to be overflowing, then you need to get a bigger plate.

That's what I always say, anyway.

Beautiful china here ~

Those plates are GORGEOUS, Elk! What is the make, do you know? They remind me of some German pieces my grandmother had. I have her sugar bowl--sans lid, but use it for flowers. :o) Oh, but your words today strike a chord. I have been feeling stretched in all directions, and sometimes a little drained... Garden dreaming sounds like a very good solution. Thanks for the beautiful advice, my friend. ;o) Happy Week ((HUGS))

I need to pull out the good china. It causes me to still, to stop the spinning.

I dearly love old china....and these are beautiful. I agree that the good china should be used often and this could just slow down the spinning!

A message to live by! I try to keep my plates balanced and not spinning. Spinning makes me too dizzy and I forget to enjoy the day/moment. Lovely china, by the way. I own a beautiful set that was my Grandma's. I use them on special occasions.
