Simple yet solid...I love the message. And the frayed edges of your stitched piece tells a story as well - it's okay to be a little loose around the edges, as long as the center is strong.

and I do picture myself held together by slow meandering lines of hand stitching. years of days and moments and I am a quilt of life , now to get worn and used .
