102 degrees

I stayed inside
cleaned the junk drawer
and found peace amid the paperclips

When it gets this hot, I often wonder what the people in the old days used to do. And it really bothers me.
Peace out.

Wow! 102?! That is hot! Come to NY, we're in the 80's for daytime highs, cool at night.

I hope peace is not shattered forever. Cool bracelet, can you get it fixed? Funny how the old peace symbol seems to be having a resurgence. In just the last couple months, I have bought a peace symbol watch, a peace symbol tote back, and a necklace with the symbol. I see it everywhere.

I understand the heat.

love when peace appears in unexpected places. Great negative space! It hardly looks separated from its original intent.

Life is full of surprises... But peace can be repaired, I like to think, believe, hope. ;o) That is some sizzling temperature there... ouch! It's about 80 here and with a breeze, which make it feel a bit cooler... Norway is wonderful this time of year! ;o) Happy Day, Elk ((HUGS))

Broken peace? I love it. (Was that a bracelet?? I would have loved it!!) These temperatures make me thankful for a cool home.

It's awful, isn't it? I like your play on words with this one. Very cool old bracelet. Too bad it broke.

I don't know if that's a ring or a bracelet - but I love it. I would love to wear something like that.

junk drawers are sort of fun to clean out. no telling what you will find - glad you found peace there.

I always find peace when I organize. Though, not perhaps, in the same way you did.
