i love brian andreas from story people....I have all of his books and 3 of his wall hangings....
i even have a custom made mirror with the above saying that you used, BUT my hubby called the company and asked if they could make it say "closet space" instead of just space and brian said yes.....is that amazing or what ?
it was for a surprise christmas present 5 years ago.....
